Resellerzoom - Reseller review.

About 3-4 months ago i was looking for a cheap reseller plan to host a few small sites of mine.
Those site are not profitable and i had no problems at all to choose one of the cheapest plans i could found these days. I’ve seen some good reviews about Resellerzoom.com and i decided to buy hosting from them.
The price was about 5$/month for their budget plan.

I was sure that i will have problems with them all day long ! How is possible to receive decent services for this price ?
Though, after 3 months with them i had almost 0 downtime and 0 problems (only a small issue related with Fantastico software).
Their support is fast enough and the server’s speed good enough for my needs.

If you are looking for a budget reseller hosting provider i believe that Resellerzoom.com should be in your plans.
Cheap and good enough services !
I keep there 3-4 small sites and had 0 problems untill now.

My overall ratings for Resellerzoom: 8/10 (excellent prices!).

    I have hosted close to 15 of my ciients’ web sites with reseller. Hosting is top class in terms of speed and uptime and also service responsiveness. However, I wouldn’t advise you to host your emails with them. Godaddy’s much better…

    This topic is regarding one of the most injudicious company’s on the web today that can’t get enough of the money they want. Yes, it is once again about ResellerZoom or formally known as HostingZoom. I have perhaps had enough with their stup**** and greediness and I cannot take this anymore.

    After practically imploring for a cancellation of their service, they still keep sending me bills. Better yet, they are “threatening” me that the unpaid bills will be sent to collection agencies if not paid at once. How else do they want to “force” out money from their customers? Is it very hard to understand that I do not want their service? Have I signed any contract stating that I am their permanent customer? This is just another one of their plans of not refunding the money they owe and in other words, now threatening me to stay with them.

    Just for clarification. I do not use their service and I have possibly used 10 MB of bandwidth during my whole time as their customer and for which I have paid them $12.95 plus the $4.02, in total $16.97. I neither had abused neither used their service for any website and or other reasons.

    You know, I am a college student. I earn $7.00 an hour. Therefore, I see my $4.02 as more than half of my working hour wage. I believe you have been there yourself and understand the deprived feelings yourself.

    You have an outstanding invoice due of $12.95 which the $4.02 was applied to. You still owe $8.93 on the current invoice. If you don’t wish to continue then fill out the cancellation form to stop billing. That does not mean you are not obligated to pay the outstanding balance.

    I would like to know what would you do if you were caught up without any kind of a contract, a company that practically forces you to pay them “regardless” you use their service or not?

    I’m sorry for what happened to you.
    I believe that the only thing that you could do is to contact the bank that you have your account and credit card and ask them how exactly you can block them and receive a refund in case that they charge you with money and after your cancelation.
