You see a lot of companies getting slammed on this forum, but I’d like to post a good review of a company that I am very satisfied with.. ServerWizards. I have a managed dedicated server with them, and they have been fantastic so far.
A little background - I have a reseller hosting company that I decided to move to a dedicated server. I had initially selected a different provider for my server, and contacted ServerWizards for server management. They ended up offering me a great deal on a server, and I took it (server + management).
I’ve had a number of problems (this is a huge step to go from reseller to dedicated, as many of you know) and ServerWizards has been able to help me every time. They have been extremely professional and competent. Sometimes I think I’m bugging them with all of my questions, but if I am, they haven’t made me feel that way at all. They are very fast at responding to tickets, and that has been the major plus for me, since I’m trying to get this all up and running in a very short period of time.
I’ve been with them for almost a month, and will update this review if anything changes, but so far I would highly recommend this company.

Serverwizards is a good solution for a 3rd party support company but i know for sure that also Platinumservermanagement is a nice company too.
